The Nittany Lion Inn

The school of Information Theory classes will be held on campus. The University Park campus hotel is The Nittany Lion Inn where the reception and the banquet for the school will be held. Nittany Lion Inn is approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the classroom as well as to the auditorium.  A block of rooms is reserved at the Nittany Lion Inn for the dates June 1-5 with the following rates:

Please note that space is limited at the Nittany Lion Inn and the above rates are valid based on availability and only until May 1, 2008. Please note it is likely that the rooms will sell out long before the deadline.

Attention School students: Please consider sharing your room with a fellow student or two, especially at the Nittany Lion Inn. Space is limited and it will not be possible to accommodate everyone in single rooms. Also note  the travel grants will be competitive and modest in size, hence it is good for you to be cost-conscious.
